Privacy policy

This policy covers this page only — the one you booked a call or asked a question from. Suzzio Email is an email marketing service, run separately from the Suzzio customer software product at suzzio.com. This page does not use that product's privacy policy, and no data is shared between the two.
Who we are
This site is run by Suzzio Ltd (company number 17408287, registered office 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ). We are the data controller for anything you submit here.
What we collect
When you book a call or send an enquiry through this page, we collect:
- Your name, email address and phone number, if you give them to us.
- Roughly how many customers are on your list, and anything else you tell us about your business.
- Basic technical data — the page you came from, your device type and approximate location from your IP address — so we can see whether an ad campaign is working.
What we use it for
Only to arrange and run the call, follow up with what we would do with your list, and set up your emails if you go ahead. We do not add you to a marketing list from this page, and we do not sell your information to anyone.
Cookies
This page uses a small number of strictly necessary cookies to remember your cookie choice. If you choose "Accept all", we may also use analytics and ad-measurement cookies (for example, to see which Google or Meta ad brought you here) — these only run after you accept them in the banner, and never before.
Who we share it with
The tools that run this page and calendar booking (hosting, email and booking/calendar providers) — only what they need to do their job, under their own confidentiality terms. We do not sell or rent your details.
How long we keep it
If you do not go ahead with a project, we delete your enquiry details within 12 months. If you become a customer, we keep what we need for the project and for our accounting obligations, as set out in your project agreement.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or withdraw consent at any time. Email customercare@suzzio.com. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
