A Whole House Plan is a detailed, tailored roadmap created by a qualified Retrofit Coordinator. It shows you how to make your home more energy efficient, what to prioritise now, what to plan for later, and how to do it right the first time.

2. How much does it cost?

The standard cost for a Whole House Plan is £600 for a typical 3-4 bedroom home or £450 for a flat, including VAT. Right now, you can get 15% off as part of our launch offer.

3. Do you carry out the work or just the planning?

The assessment and planning stage usually takes around 2–3 weeks from your initial consultation. Installation timelines depend on the measures chosen but are always scheduled to minimise disruption.
